1. Acknowledgment of Independent Entity
Client acknowledges that Avionn Automotive is an independent consulting service and is not a dealership nor a financing institution. Avionn Automotive acts only as a third-party advisor and facilitator for vehicle transactions and financing consultations.
2. Truthful & Accurate Information Requirement
Client affirms that all documents and information provided to Avionn Automotive, dealerships, and financial institutions are true, accurate, complete, and not misleading. This includes pay stubs, bank statements, credit applications, identification, and proof of employment or income.
3. Prohibition of Fraudulent Activity
Client understands that submitting fraudulent, forged, or misleading documentation is a federal offense and may result in immediate termination of services, reporting to relevant authorities, and potential legal recourse.
4. Limitation of Liability
Avionn Automotive shall not be liable for any denials, financial setbacks, or legal issues arising from false or misleading information provided by the client. The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Russelle Avionn, as well as team members, associates, representatives, and consultants of Avionn Automotive, from any such claims or damages.
5. Authorization to Share Information
Client authorizes Avionn Automotive to share the information provided with third parties solely for the purpose of fulfilling services rendered.
6. Reference to Terms of Use and Privacy Policy
Client acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined in Avionn Automotive’s Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Disclaimer, which are incorporated herein by reference.
7. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
8. Electronic Signature Consent
Client agrees that a digital or electronic signature shall be treated as binding and enforceable under applicable law. This includes agreement to protect and indemnify Russelle Avionn and all team members, associates, representatives, and consultants affiliated with Avionn Automotive.
