By accessing or engaging with our services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below. If you do not agree with any portion of this Disclaimer, please discontinue use of our services immediately.

Nature of Services, No Dealership Activity

Avionn Automotive is a vehicle consulting firm that provides advisory and informational support to clients navigating the vehicle-purchase process. We are not licensed as a dealership, broker, or financial institution, and we do not sell, finance, lease, or transfer ownership of any vehicle. All purchases are completed through third-party dealerships or private sellers.

Our role is limited to assisting clients throughout the buying process, offering strategy and recommendations, providing general information, and facilitating connections to third-party providers when appropriate. We do not receive commissions, referral fees, or any monetary compensation from dealerships. Client fees are our only source of revenue. No Guarantee of Results

We aim to help clients make informed and advantageous decisions. However, results will vary depending on factors such as credit history, income, debt-to-income ratios, market conditions, dealer policies, lender qualifications, and vehicle availability.

We do not guarantee, promise, or warrant any specific outcome from our services, research, recommendations, or referrals. We disclaim responsibility for pricing disputes, financing denials, or any issues arising from third-party transactions. Nothing in this section limits our Satisfaction Guarantee, which applies only to the $249 administration fee associated with Avionn's initial personalized vehicle-search and research stage and is described in our Terms of Service and on our Satisfaction Guarantee page.

Client Responsibility and Independent Judgment

All final decisions related to the vehicle-purchase process are the client's responsibility. While we offer guidance and recommendations, clients are solely responsible for reviewing all contracts and agreements, understanding financing terms, verifying vehicle history, condition, and title, and performing proper due diligence with sellers and lenders. We strongly encourage clients to consult with licensed legal, tax, or financial professionals before signing agreements or completing major financial transactions.

Third-Party Engagements

Avionn Automotive may suggest or facilitate communication with third-party entities including dealerships, private sellers, credit unions or lenders, insurance agents, vehicle history or inspection providers, and other automotive-related businesses.

We do not control or represent these parties, and we assume no liability for their actions, decisions, or services. Any agreement, dispute, or financial arrangement entered into with third parties is independent of our consulting relationship.

No Legal, Financial, or Tax Advice

All content, tools, consultations, and materials provided by Avionn Automotive are for informational and educational purposes only and should not be interpreted as legal, financial, credit, or tax advice. We are not attorneys, certified financial advisors, or tax professionals.

Any action taken based on our guidance is done at your own risk, and you are responsible for ensuring that your decisions comply with all applicable laws.

This does not apply to our published $249 administration fee and total service-cost cap, which apply as stated at the time a client engages the applicable services. If a client continues into fuller vehicle-buying assistance or representation, the $249 administration fee is credited toward the client's total Avionn service cost and is not additive to the published cap. Your use of our websites is at your own risk and discretion.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Avionn Automotive and its officers, agents, consultants, and affiliates are not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries, whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive, arising from your use or inability to use our services, reliance on any recommendation or information, interactions or disputes with third-party vendors, or any errors, delays, or omissions in communication. This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, data, contracts, goodwill, or business opportunities.

Nothing in this section limits our obligation to honor the Satisfaction Guarantee applicable to the covered $249 administration fee.

Indemnification

By using our services, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Avionn Automotive, its officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, expenses, or legal fees arising from your breach of this Disclaimer or our Terms of Use, your misuse of any information we provide, or your provision of false, incomplete, or misleading information.

We may update or modify this Disclaimer at any time. Changes become effective once posted on our website, and continued use of our services after updates signifies your acceptance of those revisions.
