At Avionn Automotive, we stand behind the value of our Vehicle Purchase Consultation. Our goal is to provide clients with clear guidance, strategy, and insight to make informed vehicle-buying decisions. To reinforce our confidence in our process, we offer a satisfaction guarantee under the terms outlined below.
The Satisfaction Guarantee applies to the Vehicle Purchase Consultation fee only and is based on the delivery of professional advisory value, including but not limited to:
• Completion of the full consultation
• Review of the client’s stated needs, goals, and budget
• Market insights, pricing guidance, and vehicle strategy
• Clear next steps and recommendations tailored to the client
Satisfaction is defined as whether the consultation provided meaningful clarity, guidance, and professional value, not the final outcome of a vehicle purchase.
The Satisfaction Guarantee does not apply to:
• The successful purchase of a vehicle
• Approval or denial decisions by lenders or third parties
• Inventory availability or pricing changes
• Client decisions to decline or disregard professional recommendations
• Outcomes affected by inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client
Avionn Automotive does not guarantee specific vehicles, pricing, financing terms, or purchase outcomes.
To be eligible for a refund under the Satisfaction Guarantee, the client must:
• Complete the full Vehicle Purchase Consultation
• Participate in the consultation in good faith
• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Request a refund within [48 or 72] hours of the consultation’s conclusion
Refund requests submitted outside this timeframe may not be eligible.
The Satisfaction Guarantee is limited to one consultation per client or household.
Clients who receive a refund under this policy are not eligible for future satisfaction-based refunds on additional services.
The Satisfaction Guarantee is void in cases involving:
• Harassment or abusive language toward staff
• Threats, intimidation, or bad-faith conduct
• Attempts to exploit or manipulate the policy
• Fraudulent or misleading information
Avionn Automotive reserves the right to deny refund requests in such cases.
All refund requests are reviewed by management. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable processing timeframe. Refunds are not automatic and are issued at Avionn Automotive’s discretion in accordance with this policy.
Clients are encouraged to contact Avionn Automotive directly regarding refund concerns.
Filing a chargeback without first contacting Avionn Automotive may result in the refund request being deemed ineligible under this policy.
