Our goal is to provide clients with clear guidance, market context, relevant opportunities, and insight to make informed vehicle-buying decisions. To reinforce our confidence in our process, we offer a satisfaction guarantee under the terms outlined below.

What This Guarantee Covers

This Satisfaction Guarantee applies only to the $249 administration fee associated with Avionn's initial personalized vehicle-search and research stage.

If you are not satisfied with that covered stage, you may request a refund of your $249 administration fee. Refund requests that meet the eligibility requirements below are honored in full. You decide whether you are satisfied. We do not require you to justify or explain your dissatisfaction, and we do not evaluate whether your dissatisfaction is warranted.

What the Covered Stage Includes

The covered $249 personalized vehicle-search and research stage is designed to include:

• Review of your stated vehicle needs, goals, budget, buying stage, and timing
• Personalized market research and vehicle strategy based on the criteria you submit
• Identification and presentation of relevant market opportunities for your review
• Clear context and recommendations to help you decide whether to continue into fuller vehicle-buying assistance or representation

What This Guarantee Does Not Cover

This guarantee applies to your satisfaction with the covered $249 stage itself. It is not a guarantee of any particular purchase outcome and does not guarantee that Avionn will identify or secure a particular vehicle. Avionn Automotive does not guarantee specific vehicles, pricing, financing terms, or purchase results, and this guarantee does not extend to:

• Approval or denial decisions made by lenders or other third parties
• Inventory availability or changes in market pricing
• Outcomes affected by inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a refund under this guarantee, you must:

• Complete the covered $249 personalized vehicle-search and research stage
• Provide accurate and truthful information during that stage
• Submit your refund request within 14 days of the conclusion of the covered stage

Limits

This guarantee is limited to one refund of the $249 administration fee per client or household.

Clients who receive a refund under this policy are not eligible for satisfaction-based refunds on additional services.

Good Faith

This guarantee is void in cases involving:

• Harassment or abusive language toward staff
• Threats, intimidation, or bad-faith conduct
• Fraudulent or knowingly misleading information provided by the client

How Refunds Are Processed

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

We ask that you contact us directly with any refund concern before initiating a dispute with your card issuer, so we have the opportunity to resolve it with you first.
