- When you're ready, we schedule a no-obligation discovery call, typically 15 to 30 minutes, by phone or video.
On that call, we:
- Listen carefully to your needs: family size, daily driving, must-have features, budget range, timeline, and any location-specific factors such as state taxes, registration requirements, or seasonal driving conditions.
- Explain our fee structure plainly. Creating and using your DriveAvionn account is free. When you are ready for Avionn to begin personalized research on your submitted vehicle criteria, the $249 administration fee activates that search. If you later continue into fuller vehicle-buying assistance, the full $249 is credited toward your total Avionn service cost. Through the DriveAvionn App Launch Offer, new clients receive a $749 total service-cost cap, reduced from the standard $849 cap. Many clients pay less, and we accept no commissions from dealerships.

- We identify relevant opportunities and bring them back to you for review, including the context you need to understand what is realistically available.
- Paying the $249 does not commit you to purchasing a vehicle or to continuing into fuller vehicle-buying assistance. Once paid, your activation remains valid until your first Avionn-assisted vehicle purchase is completed.
The existing 14-day Satisfaction Guarantee applies to the $249 administration fee under its published terms. Its refund-request window is separate from the activation's validity through your first Avionn-assisted vehicle purchase.

If you choose to continue after reviewing the researched opportunities, Avionn can provide the fuller vehicle-buying assistance and representation your situation requires, including negotiation and deal advocacy.
- We contact shortlisted dealers, or the dealer you've already selected, and push on price, rebates, trade-in value, and add-ons.
- You stay fully in the loop, reviewing and approving every offer. No surprises.
- We guide financing options, connecting you with lenders when needed, and ensure compliance with your state's rules on sales tax, emissions, and remote sales.
- Our advocacy means no pressure and no games. Just transparent, buyer-focused strategy.
Purchase, Paperwork, and Delivery
Once you're ready to proceed, whether after full sourcing or jumping straight to negotiation on a vehicle you've already chosen, we coordinate the final steps.
- The dealership handles paperwork, title transfer, registration, and temporary tags in line with standard practice.
- We guide you through the process, answer questions, and keep everything moving correctly, including virtual options for out-of-state clients.
