Welcome to Avionn Automotive. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website located at www.avionnautomotive.com ("Website") and all services we provide. By using our Website or engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

About Avionn Automotive

Avionn Automotive is a Houston-based vehicle consulting firm that assists clients in navigating the car-buying process through personalized guidance, vehicle research, referral incentives, and industry insight. We are not a dealership and do not sell vehicles directly. All services we offer are advisory and consultative in nature.

Eligibility

To access our Website or use our services, you must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction. By using our Website, you confirm that you meet these requirements and are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

User Conduct

You agree to use the Website and our services responsibly and in accordance with all applicable laws. You may not:

• Post, upload, or transmit harmful, misleading, or offensive content
• Interfere with the functionality, security, or performance of the Website
• Attempt to access another user's information without authorization
• Reproduce, copy, or exploit any content or functionality without written consent

Fees

Creating an account on our client portal is free and carries no obligation. The $249 administration fee is charged when you choose to activate Avionn's personalized vehicle-search and research stage based on the criteria you submit. This stage may include review of your needs and buying stage, market research, vehicle strategy, and identification and presentation of relevant market opportunities for your review. Payment of the $249 administration fee does not obligate you to purchase a vehicle or continue into additional services. Once paid, the activation remains valid until the client completes their first Avionn-assisted vehicle purchase.

If you choose to continue into fuller vehicle-buying assistance or representation, the full $249 administration fee is credited toward your total Avionn service cost. Avionn's standard total service-cost cap is $849. To commemorate the DriveAvionn App Store launch, new clients who activate their personalized vehicle search while the App Launch Offer is available receive a reduced total service-cost cap of $749 for that engagement, and many clients pay less depending on the scope of assistance required. The $249 is not an additional fee on top of the applicable cap. Avionn may withdraw the promotional rate prospectively, but doing so will not increase the cap already applicable to an eligible active engagement.

The $249 administration fee is refundable under the Satisfaction Guarantee described below. The guarantee's 14-day refund-request period is separate from the activation's validity through the completion of the client's first Avionn-assisted vehicle purchase.

Payments and Transactions

All services must be scheduled and paid for through our official Website or through secure, approved payment platforms integrated with it.

• Our consultants and representatives are not authorized to accept direct or in-person payments.
• This policy protects both the client and the integrity of the transaction.
• If anyone requests payment outside of approved channels, contact us immediately.

Consulting Services and Limitations

Our recommendations are based on industry experience, market research, and publicly available or third-party data. While we aim to provide accurate and helpful insight, we do not guarantee:

• Vehicle availability
• Final purchase price or negotiated outcomes
• Financing approval
• Trade-in valuations
• Vehicle condition, history, or performance from third-party sellers

Satisfaction Guarantee. What Is Covered

The Satisfaction Guarantee applies only to the $249 administration fee associated with Avionn's initial personalized vehicle-search and research stage. If you are not satisfied with that covered stage, you may request a refund of the $249 administration fee. Refund requests meeting the eligibility requirements below are honored in full. You determine whether you are satisfied. Avionn Automotive does not require you to justify your dissatisfaction and does not evaluate whether it is warranted.

What Is Not Covered

This guarantee applies to your satisfaction with the covered $249 personalized vehicle-search and research stage itself. It is not a guarantee of any purchase outcome and does not guarantee that Avionn will identify or secure any particular vehicle. Avionn Automotive does not guarantee vehicle availability, specific pricing, financing terms, lender approval, or any particular result, and this guarantee does not extend to:

• Vehicle availability, pricing changes, or market conditions
• Financing approvals or denials by lenders or other third parties
• Outcomes affected by inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information provided by the client

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a refund under this guarantee, the client must:

• Complete the covered $249 personalized vehicle-search and research stage
• Provide accurate and truthful information during that stage
• Submit a refund request within fourteen (14) days of the covered stage's conclusion

Limits

The Satisfaction Guarantee is limited to one refund of the $249 administration fee per client or household. Clients who receive a refund under this policy are not eligible for future satisfaction-based refunds on additional services.

Good Faith

Avionn Automotive reserves the right to deny refund requests in cases involving harassment, abusive language, threats, intimidation, or fraudulent or knowingly misleading information provided by the client.

Refund Processing

To request a refund, contact Avionn Automotive at 1-888-698-9520 or info@avionnautomotive.com within the fourteen-day window. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within ten (10) business days.

Chargebacks

Clients are asked to contact Avionn Automotive directly regarding any dissatisfaction or refund request before initiating a chargeback, so that we have the opportunity to resolve the matter first.

No Legal, Financial, or Tax Advice

All information provided by Avionn Automotive is educational and informational. It should not be considered legal, tax, financial, or credit advice. Clients should consult qualified professionals before making major financial decisions.

Communication Consent

By submitting your information, you consent to receive communications from Avionn Automotive by phone, email, SMS, and automated messaging systems. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to SMS messages, using the unsubscribe link in emails, or contacting us directly.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective once posted on our Website, and continued use of our services after updates signifies your acceptance of those revisions.
