Avionn Automotive offers a limited Satisfaction Guarantee applicable solely to its Vehicle Purchase Consultation service, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.

The Satisfaction Guarantee applies only to the consultation fee and is based on the delivery of professional advisory services. Avionn Automotive does not guarantee the purchase of a vehicle, specific pricing, financing terms, lender approval, or any particular outcome.

The Vehicle Purchase Consultation is an advisory service designed to provide strategic guidance, market insight, and informed recommendations. Satisfaction is defined as the receipt of professional value, clarity, and direction during the consultation, not the final result of a vehicle transaction.

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a refund under the Satisfaction Guarantee, the client must:

• Complete the full Vehicle Purchase Consultation
• Participate in the consultation in good faith
• Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information
• Submit a refund request within seventy-two (72) hours of the consultation’s conclusion

Refund requests submitted outside of this timeframe may be denied.

Exclusions and Limitations

The Satisfaction Guarantee does not apply to:

• Vehicle availability, pricing changes, or market conditions
• Financing approvals or denials by lenders or third parties
• Client decisions to disregard professional guidance or recommendations
• Outcomes affected by inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading client information

The Satisfaction Guarantee is limited to one consultation per client or household. Clients who receive a refund under this policy are not eligible for future satisfaction-based refunds for additional services.

Misconduct and Abuse

Avionn Automotive reserves the right to deny refund requests in cases involving harassment, abusive language, threats, intimidation, fraudulent behavior, or any attempt to exploit or manipulate the Satisfaction Guarantee.

Refund Review and Processing

All refund requests are subject to review and approval by Avionn Automotive management. Refunds are not automatic. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable processing timeframe.

Chargebacks

Clients agree to contact Avionn Automotive directly regarding any dissatisfaction or refund request prior to initiating a chargeback. Chargebacks submitted without prior communication may result in denial of refund eligibility under this Satisfaction Guarantee.
