Client Disclosure and Acknowledgment
Acknowledgment of Independent Entity
Client acknowledges that Avionn Automotive is an independent consulting service and is not a dealership or a financing institution. Avionn Automotive acts only as a third-party advisor and facilitator for vehicle transactions and financing consultations.
Dealership Relationships and Independence
Avionn Automotive maintains no formal or informal relationship with any dealership. We receive no commissions, referral fees, or monetary compensation of any kind from any dealer. Client fees are our only source of revenue. Our recommendations are based solely on client fit, and no dealership relationship influences the vehicles or sellers we recommend.
Truthful and Accurate Information Requirement
Client affirms that all documents and information provided to Avionn Automotive, dealerships, and financial institutions are true, accurate, complete, and not misleading. This includes pay stubs, bank statements, credit applications, identification, and proof of employment or income.
Prohibition of Fraudulent Activity
Client understands that submitting fraudulent, forged, or misleading documentation in connection with a credit application or vehicle transaction may violate state and federal law, and may result in immediate termination of services, reporting to relevant authorities, and legal action.
Limitation of Liability and Indemnification
Avionn Automotive shall not be liable for any denials, financial setbacks, or legal issues arising from false or misleading information provided by the Client. Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Avionn Automotive and its officers, employees, representatives, contractors, and consultants from any claims or damages arising from information the Client provided that was false, incomplete, or misleading.
Authorization to Share Information
Client authorizes Avionn Automotive to share the information provided with dealerships, lenders, and other third parties as necessary to perform the services the Client has engaged us to provide. Information is shared only to the extent required to deliver those services. Our full data practices are described in our Privacy Policy.
Reference to Other Agreements
Client acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined in Avionn Automotive's Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, and Satisfaction Guarantee, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Electronic Signature Consent
Client agrees that a digital or electronic signature shall be treated as binding and enforceable to the same extent as a handwritten signature, consistent with the federal ESIGN Act and the Texas Uniform Electronic Transactions Act.
